Thank you for shopping with Saints by Day Sinners by Construct. We strive to ensure that every order meets your expectations. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging
Non-returnable items:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Custom or limited-edition products
Return Process
To start a return, please contact us at saintsbydaysinnersbyconstruct@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or item, please return your original order and place a new one.
